President Bush did not take office until Jan. 20, 2001! The Democrats would not approve any of his appointments and fought him every step of the way in trying to move on and run country. This includes cleaning up the White House mess that the filthy hillbilly Clinton's left behind...along with counting all the stolen items the Clintons took with them...hardly enough time to set up a full scale working government. Face it, Clinton sold our country down the drain, and then left a mess for Bush to clean up!
