At a conference an acquaintance offered me the setup he's got, with IRS-tested credit cards drawn on a bank in Panama where he's been living off of funds from a small co. which I happen to know he sold for $15 million ... I told him I didn't want to run around with a target on my back, thanks anyway.

There are too many ways to escape high taxes here, even if you get clipped for 20% one year, various real estate deals can shelter almost unlimited funds. Of course, if you're handed a lump sum w/o planning for it, you're screwed, but that's the game! The pisser is standards are so low now anybody feels they can do anything, since "everybody else does it". I'm sure that's how the Fastow gang feels.

Without better, more transparent regulatory authority and intent, gov't is useless in protecting the people from lawlessness.
