JEEZ PAT, I would think you got ENOUGH TRIPE on THIS BOARD to satisfy you. (gg) I did a LEG OF LAMB on the Rotissieri over my gas grill, marinated it for hours in red wine, olive oil, bay leaves and peppercorns then cooked it slow. Smothered it in Mint Jelly and everyone RAVED about it. My wife fixed a ham just in case some didnt like lamb. I thought mine was better. (gg). JDN
