>>>I'm beginning to believe that we should go back to the good ol' days<<<

I believe we should have a draft for service in the armed forces with no deferments. This will provide all families with the opportunity to sacrifice and participate in the defense of our nation.

If we did that would you consent to the Second Amendment? And would you carry a musket?

I'm beginning to believe that we should go back to the good ol' days when the troops formed lines and just walked towards each other with single shot muskets. We could put it on pay per view to cover the costs of war.

True - in Gulf War I press reports were suppressed to avoid a Vietnam-like backlash. Bodies were buried in the sand immediately before reporters could cover that part of the war.

The idea we're given is this will be more Geopolitical Nintendo, if you read Brzezinski's "Grand Chessboard", it's all about acquisition of political power, deaths aren't an issue, as long as the American public will go along.

It's even more amusing to see chickenhawks motivate for war, as long as they don't have to fight.
