I've seen it. I expect most to all of it is true. And it was most likely all done with the full approval of the US government knowing full well what Iraq's intentions were. And some of it occured after Iraq gassed the Kurds. We would have likely contintued to do so, if Iraq wouldn't have invaded Kuwait.

I've got no problem condemning our foreign policies when it's warranted. And this is one of those cases. But the populace passively accepts the "principles" and thinks they are "good". They are in our national interests.

What it takes is for the American people to initiate a change in our principles of foreign policy; either through the ballot box or more likely demonstrations.
