I don't know is this is true. But it is possible the Ken Lay had no idea of what was really going on. From all I've read, it seems the money guy was really in charge of all the money moves. That guy got lawyers and accountant on board and told a story. Is is possible for a fast talking type to fool so many for so long. Of course that rapist who millions voted for did not fool that many that long.

I believe all Americans should be treated as Americans. Otherwise you have mr. bill slut's and nut's attack justice.

Considering the universal derision of Mr. Lay, I think that the point has been made. Wether he is a crook or just a really stupid guy who rose to his level of incompetence, the point has been made.

Its more important to make sure that something was done by Lay which is illegal and to to prove it beyond a reasonable doubt as the Constitution requires.

The SEC will prosecute if the evidence warrants it.
