Dear ET: Why is it you assume Bush is listening to anyone? He has his hands full with Iraq, N. Korea, War on Terror, now you want him to micro manage the oil industry? Maybe its time the people think for themselves and someone rise up and invent a better mousetrap. I suspect if someone comes up with a good idea the Govt would possibly consider providing some seed money for development. Think what Israel did with their arid land, wouldnt it be GREAT if we could do the same? Wish I was technically competent in that area, I would be on it in a flash. JDN
