To call a bluff, one doesn't have to be playing poker. Calling a bluff can be a wise move, especially when Gw holds most of the cards.

Got me? AFAIK GW never said we would attack NK, if they started their reactors . Bill is the one who threatened to attack in 94 however. GW, along with everybody else in the pact discontinued the old shipments.

As far as a non aggresion pact, Gw said he would be willing to negotiate one if NK is willing to stop building nuclear bombs. I see nothing wrong with that precondition. Gw may have to give up that precondition, but that is premature at this point.
