tanks mon,

I saw the clash twice. Once when they opened for The Who in L.A. and the other when they headlined one of the nights at the US Festival. The Who show was great, but the US festival show was a bust because they were more interested in telling us how fucked up we were rather than playing music.

My favorite albums (in order) are Sandinista, London Calling and The Clash. When I was in high school I had a cassette that had "The Clash" on one side and the Boomtown Rats "Fine Art of Surfacing" on the other. I listened to that on my walkman over and over and over again. (this was back in 1979/1980.)
