The magic and wizardry is thought to be satanic and evil............according to the CHristian Right. That is why they think that Tarot cards, psychic readings, etc. is anti- Christian. I was at a psychic fair years ago and it was picketed by a Christian group. They were outside the door trying to cast out the demons................maybe that is what happened to me ? LOL Actually, the Bible talks of various gifts of the spirit...one is prophecy and interpretation of prophecy and visions. Too bad the Christians don't clearly see that it's anti-Christian to go to war if it's not 100% unavoidable...........yet they are against viewing an adorable, imaginative, "good conquers over evil" film such as Harry Potter.
