Oh but John....If it was "only" a Republican document, which shows exactly what was going on in North Korea for 1999 and for the previous 5 years, and forecasts for the next five years....Then who was correct??? No, I don't think you want to go there. Or did you want to say the Republicans were correct? Didn't think so. Look at the extensive footnotes in the document. Let's just say this document I have mentioned MANY MANY times on SI, should be at least read now by all people who care about background.... house.gov
