Welcome back Ken. Glad that you enjoyed your getaway. Happy holidays to you and Lady Di.

Something interesting may happen with FLOW if they can get dollar for dollar in whatever comes up. In reading the 10q, some changes are about to happen. I don't think you're going to lose money on this one, but its too early to tell what's going to happen.

FLOW is the premier player in their niche, but its currently an out of favor niche. There's a ton of companies that are in the same dilemma and that's why they're selling at cheap valuations. What's needed for the stock price to get some lift is a catalyst such as a new business plan, new product, new market or a fire sale. With a new CEO in place, and a current default on their financing to deal with, something interesting could develop at FLOW.

I posted on FLOW on the VALUE thread, which I think is an excellent thread. The response:

Gold, oil plays look very good, but water stocks, specially dividend paying water stocks looks appetizing for the next 3-6 months. In case anyone is interested, I have some IRA money in exactly this type of fund :=)

Ken,

Any thoughts on SOSA? Seems to be inching back up towards the 50 dma. If they can put out some positive news and look like they are starting to turn the corner on some of their problem contracts they could make a nice move upward.
