Nope. I'm probably the least binary person that you know. I simply have concluded that defending the opposite of what I know to be right is a stupid loser of a way to spend time. I used to argue the devil's advocate point of view just to make sure every view point got out there. No more. There are plenty jttmabs out there to do that for me. I'm sticking up for number one now. It's not like your neighbor pissing you off because he runs his lawnmower at 6:00 am. He's really a nice hard working guy but you hate his guts because he woke you up. It's way different from that. Saddam is cunning, he's intelligent, and he probably has a Viagra prescription to keep his womenfolk happy. Sure he probably even takes a bath once or twice a day even though there's a water shortage in his country. I see perfectly well that Iraq is not an evil country. When I was in gradeschool I was taught that the region between the Tigris and Euphrates was the cradle of civilization. I expect that is at least partially true, but people like Saddam and Osama are making it difficult for civilization in their region to progress beyond bronze age thinking. Bronze age thinking and weapons of mass destruction are simply incompatible.
