To me this is bad news, I was expecting a chip release to come out at end of year from Intel. (my own guess) It looks like at least Two and one-half years away now. Mr. Lai states The crystalline memory chip material must be heated to 600 degrees centigrade to trigger the change from one state to another. The key challenge is controlling the voltage going through the chip.
