I thought that metal hydrides were a means to store hydrogen. What does this have to do with producing hydrogen cheaply?

What??? Anyone who says that is a liar liar pants on fire. OK...

In nature there never has been massive chemical reactions of breaking CH bonds.(aka fire) Clearly introducing a gazillion tons of exotic Clean safe metal hydrides, non toxic, non polluting. is Good stuff to get into the environment.

I sure hope the only people who bank on metal hydrides bank on the Moon or Mars.
