The fact is that the government WON'T defend our borders. They are scared they may offend some group. 5 isn't even the tip of a needle on an iceburg. If it was easy to sue the government for irresponsible actions the deficit would "really" be big. There would virtually be no government as we know it. Just more dudes in country club type jails.
