Many of the state constitutions EXPLICITYLY define the right to keep and bear arms as an individual right. If you want to talk about State Constitutional rights that's fine. Those need to be addressed on an individual basis. If there is one or two that you would like a comment on, I'll comment. Pick which ever ones you want. The NRA is composed of people who came to it to give voice to their own deeply held beliefs. That kind of tactic is practiced by ecoterrorist organizations to whip up the poorly informed into a lather about something they know little about but looks good on a Sierra Club calendar. Seriously. This section says that the NRA uses tactics similar to that of ecoterrorist organizations. Is that what you meant to say? I've repeatedly asked you why you care about the Second Amendment since it clearly doesn't affect you in your cloistered Isle over there by Greenwich. You refuse to answer. First. I'm a US citizen. I'm a permanent resident of the United States. I have real property in the United States. I have children and other family members in the United States and the large majority of my financial assets are in the United States. Because I happen to be a temporary resident in the United Kingdom [Which I was asked to do by the US government]isn't very important to the Constitutional principle or the validity of my interest in it. Second. I've answered the question and it was clear. You don't accept the answer. I'm not going to make up an arbitrary answer just to please you. jttmab
