OJ, think GLOBAL ....... this year is dead for most money manager. All they care about is next year performance. The lower the markets closes on Dec. 31, 2002 the more they can boast of a gain next year .... it is all a game to lure more money into the market.

THINK --- from 100 to 110 it is a 10% gain .............. but from 95 to 110 it is a 15.7% gain ..... BIG difference for same market pricing........... now compare that with a paltry interest income of 1.2% ........ the difference is HUGE
