this is a gut feel on my part -- should have said that -- don't have a technical factors to point -- just looks similar to set ups I've seen and I think the conventional wisdom regarding the Iraq thing is a fade -- everybody is expecting the same thing to happen, so it probably won't.

I know I was way early on homebuilding and recently it hasn't hurt too bad to be short them, but looking at the charts and the reaction to home starts and the divergence of mortgage apps last week -- I think it really is over now. Likes of BZH, CTX and PHM will be cut it half in short order now, IMO.
