NCEN is back on my radar. I think it may have just finished a rather nice ABC correction with its high two trading days ago, finishing off a 5 wave C. B even made a marginal new low, if this is the right read. And if it is...NCEN should be heading to the low teens before long (or lower, just for you). Now, maybe someone better schooled in E-wave will look at this chart and tell me if I'm right... cuz the other options are all more bullish. stockcharts.com the freep
