Bush causes local and state taxes to go up, plus oil prices. More than wiping out whatever tax cuts he gives to the middle-class. In effect he is also encouraging the very rich to evade taxes by cutting IRS budgets and/or take their $$ to the Caymans the way he did with Harken Energy and the way Cheney did with Halliburton.

Scam's OFF BALANCE SHEET dealings. God knows what's going on there but one thing is for sure:
