I don't think individuals are out of the market. Most of
them are still holding onto their losses in their 401ks.
The leadership stocks from the October lows like AMZN, OVTI,
SNDK etc look like they are breaking down. The markets are
at key suppoirt levels while complacency as measured by P/C ratios, VIX , guests on CNBC calling for a bullish 2003 are
at pretty high levels. I would use any rallies from here to
get out or go short.
