This is why their current concentration on so-called soft targets as indonesian and kenyan hotels show how much al quaida has been weakened. They can cause much trouble in the world no doubt, but hopefully never again for a major strike

You've seen what advanced weaponry did in Afghanistan. You are afraid of taking a car ride for fear of being blasted by a Hellfire missile shot from a Predator. You look back to your pre-9/11 thinking that there would be no subtantial reaction to 9/11--a reasonable conclusion given the previous Administration's lack of resolve--and wonder: how could we have been so wrong?

Then the money gets shut off to a substantial degree.

You are running and hiding like a dog.

How do you plan a major operation when you believe that even going outside for a quick pee is dangerous?
