Based on posts on VASO boards on Yahoo! and RagingBull Medicare (CMS) will increase physician reimbursement rates for ECP by 22% to and drop hospital reimbursement rate by 22% in 2003. VASO has only 8% of sales to hospitals, so this must be bullish.
