Is anybody following the court proceedings? The info line, while not terribly clear IMHO, seems to indicate that some defendant(s) have "appealed" the "settlement." What sort of settlement allows for an appeal? Doesn't a settlement, by its very nature, involve _agreement_ by the parties?

It seems to me, based on the minimal information I have, that this thing is either settled (in which case disbursement should begin) or it isn't (in which case it's time to move towards a trial).

JMHO, and not a legal opinion.
