DOW topped @ 8364.74, just a very wee tiny bit shy of turning point

Leery traders got out, and prevented DOW from closing anywhere near HOD. I'm not at my computer so all info not here, but we should continue the downward move at tomorrow's open, even with pre-holiday trading.
