John Kerry will go after these kind of tax cheats. They make their money in the US they ought to pay their taxes. The little guy always gets screwed when the fat cats control the game, and Bush is making sure the IRS doesn't have enough funding to go after them. I'm sure much of the 100 billion gouged from us during the phony energy crisis is sitting in offshore accounts. Kenny Lay is crying poor but you know he has something big stashed. In Houston all the big wigs do it. But time to finally crack down.
