Any comments on the "revoke" of the cease trade of GME by the ASC?

Even after the sale, of the mine, GME continues to miss the opportunities to trade on the increasing POG. We can only hope that the "revoking" (and I don't like that term, rescinding sounds more civilized) could be the start of something that would benefit the shareholders.

Point being, over the past couple of days, Apollo Gold(APG-T), the company that bought the Glimmer Mine from EXL&GME has risen $1.10 (~45%). GME indicates that their 48% share of the 2,080,000 will be consumed by the demands of their creditors. However at $2.50 that might have been a concern. However, at these levels, lets hope that there could be some funds left over to do something for the shareholders (including RM and associated companies).

The following link give us hope that if GME could convince the creditors to wait a little bit more, that maybe the shareholders could finally see some return of their investment.

Could this be the "bright and prosperous new year" that we have been hoping for over the past six(6) years?
