They've converted a chunk of LT debt into common stock during this PM bear. They hold 2 m. ozs. of POG and mine 100k annually plus 15m. ozs of silver. 5 years from now 24 might look cheap!

I am looking at real estate in areas such as Cour in Idaho and certain areas of nevada that were decimated in the late 90's by the PM decline.
