Lawyers doesn't mean litigators. There are many types of lawyers. Litigators are a threat to tobacco, HMO's, pollutors and drug companies, Bush's four largest contributors. Demonizing litigators may sound nice but if you've ever had to sue a major corporation like I have you'll be glad they are there. expensive though. Most frivolous lawsuits never see the light of day anyway. When Bush talks about frivolous lawsuits against HMO's and others he is lying. But I do agree some of them go too far, like obese people suing McDonalds.
