everybody I know that has a job and some people that don't are building houses -- I know I was pounding the table earlier in the year on shorting the homies, but I'm jumping up and down in the town square now -- don't gotta be bold -- just sell 'em and keep selling 'em. It's soooo OVER.

sad part is they could be by using just 1/3 of their equity
loan on their first house which has tripled in "value" the
last couple years. Least they can walk in, write a check,
and look like they're paying cash. 'Comon, just play the
game, live large & declare bankruptcy like a good Borg!

oh yeah, but don't forget to cash in & BURY the rest
of the equity loan first -g- This is getting tempting -
ain't no where near enough room to jail all the crooks...
