And the reason that came into play here, her answer not only was a flat out lie, but it also was a blame america type of sentence. When she put on that last part "but we don't do that here, she was implying that America would be loved as much as OBL if we had only not been so chintzy and given some money to the poor people in the Arab countries. Once again, it is America's fault, even though the facts show that America is by far, monetary wise, the most generous nation on earth. Our problems with the Arabs have nothing to do with us being chintzy, it may be because of advertising, or policy differences, or civilization clashes; but chintzy is not it.

You yourself admitted that much of our money gets 'lost' when it gets into the hands of 'charities' or is poorly disbursed and very few benefit. That's exactly the same thing she was saying. She was saying do it smart like OBL did and make sure you get the credit you deserve.

Why is it okay for you to say it and not her? Besides, its WA state's senator, not WI's. If WA residents do not like what she said, they will vote her out of office.
