Hawk. I suppose that whatever the US does with the value of it's dollar is a form of foreign policy.

The Guy can't be all bad.....He likes gold....LOL

Fed Reserve Governor Benanke just said in so many words, "Don't worry about deflation, folks, we got those printing pressing warmed up...we'll print just as many dollars as it takes." That definitely sounded like a weak dollar policy to most listeners. For some of the ramifications of a weak dollar policy, I recommend this article:
