IMHO tech stocks are dead for current generation of investors. Tech business is very risky therefore tech stocks do not deserve high P/E. Business may well improve, but the valuations may still shrink. Money is no longer coming into tech mutual funds. Wall Street will eventually come up with something new to be bullish on, but it won't be tech. Of course some tech stocks will do fine, but not tech in general.
