oh come on, this sentiment is way too extreme. You want me to list sectors that are ramping? Try: air freight/shippers, security automation of any kind, online learning, medical devices (pacemakers and things like that), accounting, energy exchanges, I can think of hundreds of areas, what is wrong with you guys

i'm amazed at the number of "stand alone" or what you would call "mom and pop" stores in malls these days...rents must be incredibly low.
