Joe, VASO ain't going to sell unless they sell. They need to get a marketing plan off the ground. A marketing plan costs money.

Looking over their balance sheet, VASO has the potential to increase their capital, as their assets far outweight their liabilities. For the sake of argument, assuming that VASO's product is a winner, what is their plan to sell it. This question is what sticks out with me in looking over VASO.

BTW, did you notice there's a new short position established last month of about a half million shares? Are they lining up some new financing?
