Can any of you guys tell me why it is you continue to hover and hope for a bpi miracle?

Ok great, bpi has killed more bacteria in-vitro than any other unapproved FDA test substance. That and $1.79 will buy you a large cup of coffee at Starbucks.

It is of course the in-vivo results that are crucial and they indicate that at best that efficacy is ambiguous or at worse non-existent. If this were a true miracle drug they'd be selling it by the ton at this point.

So please, why hang on when hope only springs in-vitro?
