I fully agree. I'm not fretting. Here's another technical confirmation of the uptrend in the gold price --- the DI and ADX, both of which are strongly "positive". Furthermore, as you see, the DI+, the indicator of the uptrend, has persistently remained above the DI- since April 2001 (with the exception of a few weeks in November 2001).

Furthermore, the cyclical indicator, the PPO (similar to MACD), shows that POG is in the process of an upward movement at the moment.

Of course, it's also clear that POG is well above the 50-week moving average (equivalent to 200-day m/a) which shows the long-term uptrend is intact.

In confirmation of the chart for the POG, the chart for HUI also looks very good.
