Happy New Year.

If you think software is consolidating look @ what is going to happen once United and WCOM's debt is equitized. I remember last December [2001] being a record for defaults and it was exceeded in Jan. Well the whole year kept pace as 2002 is a new record.

A lot of these chapter 11 companies are going to hurt their healthy competitors. There will be a lot of consolidation over the next couple of years, not just software, chips, telecom, financial, airlines, to name a few and of course plenty of capital to start new companies in these spaces.
