NEW YORK, Dec 31 (Reuters) - The Federal Reserve said on
Tuesday it added $2.50 billion in temporary reserves to the
banking system through three-day fixed system repurchase
agreements.
The Fed accepted the following collateral:
-- $2.500 billion in Treasuries, stop out 1.200 percent.
Federal funds were trading around 1.25 percent, the Fed's
current target for the rate.
