Nope.

N. Korea is one of the last legacies of the Socialist revolution; ( Take Pride in it's example) thus our oligarchs have decided to let our allys handle it.
Puts them at the center of attention and thus they, not us, are on trial in full view of the thinking population left in the world.

It don't take a lot to discourage people at this
point, the deeper ills are so many and wide spread,
it's going to take a lot of good news ( and time )
to restore any real confidence in this screwed
up system.
While a lot of people still have the habit of
holding on and hoping, as one by one they drop
out of the market , most that do will likely
never come back. The base to build on keeps getting
smaller.
The fact is it takes more money coming in than going
out to just keep the market from sinking.
The old lies such as "there is a buyer for every seller"
isn't being bought as much by more and more people
who through pain have gotten more savvy.
