Of course he did. He had to. The Bushs put something in the water that gave his daughters acne. Or made them fat, or gave them big ears. I forget exactly what, but it was shocking.

Dangerous times require a diligent, thinking citizenry. America failed in 1992 and 1996, and got 91101, the Clinton bear, and the Clinton recession in return.
