American Spirit, litigation is hard work, time consuming and expensive. I know this first hand because I have been litigating on behalf of the little guy for the past 42 years. There does not seem to be an easy way to get at the truth without the possibility of litigation. Large corporations and insurance companies know that a lot of people get tired on the way to the court house. They use delay and expense to force unfair settlements. For every person who gets something they are not entitled to, there are probably ten who do not get wheat they are entitled to.
