Because we've hit a strong support area. ...at November lows, with 38 FIB retracement of Oct/Nov advance, and with technical indicators beginnng to show positive divergences....also..vbg.. because we're in the area I projected in early Dec, and I hate being wrong!...... :-)

PS....Couple of minutes ago, we needed only 3 or 4 points on the Dow to go over yesterday's high and give you the higher high you would want to see
