I think you're joking about PUMA, but it is actually an interesting little company. It can't survive on its own but may very well be bought. There were a lot of companies in silicon valley that existed to exploit the syncronization concept once, (fusion one?) and they have all failed now, but since puma was public they survived. It was considered a good size opportunity, once.
