Radius Explorations Ltd - News Release Radius Explorations arranges $500,000 financing Radius Explorations Ltd RDU Shares issued 17,911,096 Dec 23 2002 close $ 0.54 Tuesday December 24 2002 News Release Mr. Simon Ridgway reports $500,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT Radius Explorations has arranged a non-brokered private placement of one million units at 50 cents per unit, for proceeds to the company of $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half of a warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share of the company at a price of 55 cents, exercisable for one year.
