Like I said, I know nothing about him. However, does your criticism result because he's "done nothing", or because he doesn't vote the way you like? Please see the link below.

Of course I'm biased because he doesn't agree with me on a lot of things, but I would at least respect him if he did anything for NC. Maybe a year after his election he started grooming himself for a white house run.

He didn't even care enough to vote in a general election, then he decides he would be a good senator. IMO, he was elected for his looks and smooth demeanor.

The NC senate spot was/is a stepping stone to him...nothing more.

So I guess I dislike him for him, not for what he believes in (though I don't like that either ;). It annoys me when a freshman senator that has done nothing is mentioned as a possible presidential contender, then he flits off to New Hampshire, Florida, <insert state here> to test the waters.
