If you really want to act learned, look up the ad baculam argument. That is the argument "to the stick." The way it works is, you say, "You are going to give me my money back because I am going to beat the hell out of you with this stick if you do not. Therefore, you will give me my money back." Logicians consider it a fallacious argument, but logicians probably pay people what they owe. Do you know any reason for the spike in silver today? kitco.com
