I read the EWI... They actually are expecting a move down from here. They also keep track of a ST bullish scenario, but only as an 'alternate' - yes, in part because some cycles are supposed to bottom some time around now.

I heard EWI has been bullish for a couple of weeks and recently turned bearish.
