After the customs questions initiative, Homeland Security has concluded that periodic verification would be worthwhile. Once you're in the US and witness what's going on, you might just have a change of heart. As such, Homeland Security is working with state officials to provide the questions when you receive/renew you driver's license. For new applicants, they'll be merged in with the standard test. 1.
